1. Definitions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by pp889. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion before the event starts. Once a bet is confirmed and the event has commenced, it cannot be cancelled except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction). pp889's transaction records serve as the definitive record of all bets placed.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, Indonesian Football Federation). If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless official results are declared within 48 hours. 7. Limitations of Liability

7.2 Accuracy of Information

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Closed accounts cannot be reopened – you must create a new account if you wish to use pp889 services again, subject to eligibility verification.

8.2 pp889-Initiated Suspension or Closure

pp889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. pp889 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.3 Severability
